the level upgrade greatly was awesome. i received a warm welcome on arrival. level amenities offered a nice perk, especially the private pool. the level dining space provided good meals.

easy access comfortable beds
I enjoyed very easy beach access. The hotel is close to some nice clubs and restaurants. I was able to walk to them. Breakfast offered many choices. I especially enjoyed it. The gym and pools were great, beds near the pool were comfortable.
I noticed that the normal towels were changed every day, as well as the sheets, but I didn't like the location.

the buffet had a fantastic food selection it included live cooking stations. direct beach access was really convenient for quick trips to the sea. the staff were friendly and helpful always ready to assist with any questions

limited menu rude waiter
The breakfast options had enough variety, which I thought was acceptable.
The dinner choices seemed limited. The waiter acted unfriendly when I asked about drinks, instead of just explaining. My mother's salad had chili peppers that weren't mentioned, it was a clear oversight.

The room was modern and beds were comfy the staff were very nice and helpful.
There were not enough sunbeds for all guests around the pool it became fairly crowded I found the towel exchange system annoying if I forgot my cards in the room I had to wait until the next day to receive my card back.
